On January 1st, 2017, Dustin, David, and Matt co-founded The Shop.


Dustin Taylor  /  Partner, Creative Director

Dustin’s creative journey kicked off big at international agencies FCB Global and Publicis, working on multiple Nestlé brands, Terminix, TruGreen and more. Most recently, he spent six years at independent agency Moroch, co-creative directing the McDonald’s account with David. Dustin’s sharp eye and knack for clever visual solutions have nabbed him seven competition wins in Communication Arts, four National ADDYs, four Obie awards, and five Lürzer’s Archive features to name a few. He brings this same visual wit to all of The Shop's clients as co-creative lead.


David Soames  /  Partner, Creative Director

Before co-founding The Shop, David’s training came from unique creative boutiques like Toy New York and JimBobDallas, where he learned the finer points of concepting big ideas from ad-industry legends. Then at Moroch, his work was rewarded with international acclaim at The Clios, The One Show, London International Awards, The Webbys, and more. His client experience includes McDonald’s, ConAgra Foods, and Partnership for a Drug Free America. David’s visual aesthetic is recognized repeatedly on Threadless.com, and chances are you’ve run across one of his viral blogs too.


Matt Sitser   /   Partner, Account Director

Matt’s story starts on the other side of the pond. Born in Liverpool, England, by the age of 18, he’d lived in 4 different countries on 3 different continents, eventually settling in Texas. His career began at the scrappy agency Signal, which instilled in him a “get it done” philosophy that continually delights everyone he works with. His client experience includes Dickies Workwear, Blackberry, Western Union, and DFW International Airport to name a few. At The Shop, Matt is the client service lead.
